About Zumba
Dance fitness classes that are fun, energetic, and make you feel amazing.

Each class is suitable for everybody. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility and boosted energy.

Each class is built up of a series of dances to different songs. These songs and moves repeat week on week and many of the moves are similar in each dance too! The amazing part of Zumba is that it doesn't matter if you don't get a move or dance because it's about fun and letting the music move you how you want to move! 'Freestyle' works well in a Zumba class!

Hi, I'm Louise and I'm a qualified Zumba, Zumba Kids and a Level 5 Fitness Instructor and here is why I love Zumba:

The music and moves bring the sunshine from areas such as latin America, the Caribbean and Africa right into the dance studio. I love travelling the world through these rhythms in one hour of Zumba!
Dancing together with many people from different walks of life brings so much joy and happiness.
There are no mistakes in a Zumba class! We 'freestyle' or 'remix'! I love a good freestyle whilst I'm teaching! There is no strict technique just fun and moving how you want to!

You learn new ways of moving, improve cardio fitness, improve co-ordination and keep challenging yourself....whilst having fun!

I love learning new moves from the people that attend my class!
